WELCOME!!!! Please read and pass it on....


The HOA Board has received suggestions that the club house needs repairs and updates. The Board has approved this initiative with 2 board members on this committee. The final plan will need to be presented to the board for approval before work begins. There are currently 3 members on this committee and we could use more! An initial plan is in place for basic repairs and clean up of the club house. Due to budget constraints, the committee hopes to fund this endeavor with community support with donations and volunteers to paint, clean, and organize the club house.


We are committed to making the club house and green space project amazing for our community!

Mission of the "Uplift" Project

  1. We want to gather; meet and greet our neighbors; enjoy quality family and friend time together; and have an indoor and outdoor space for use and enjoyment!

  2. We want to improve our condo market values with sellable, aesthetically-pleasing community features.

  3. We want to use this beautiful club house and the surrounding green space for entertaining, playing, hosting, and relaxation!

  • Time: Skills and Energy needed! We also need a few SubCommittee Members.

  • Funding/Sourcing: Gift Cards, Donations, Special Requests.

  • Friendly ideas: Thoughtful and caring ideas...PLUS supportive encouragement for our volunteer committee. Please answer the survey so that your opinion counts!

Coastal-influenced Interior Renovation

  • Wish List - Install a serving bar with storage cabinets underneath in the corner kitchen;

  • Paint all interior trim and wood in neutral colors to create coastal, airy ambiance;

  • Repair Lockbox, key access;

  • Boxing out cords to TV - cord management system;

  • Relocating microwave to a new location below the bar;

  • Replacing ceiling fans to 5 blade fans with light kits.

Cleaning

  • Steam Cleaning all tile and grout, including restrooms;

  • Cleaning out and organizing supplies for SMC members and guests.

Redecorating & Staging

  • Makeover to a timeless and transitional decor;

  • Upcycling and recovering, painting furniture;

  • Purchasing new game/dining tables, rugs, lamps, accessories, fabric, pillows, art, storage bins, deck boxes, boardgames, storage cabinets, etc.

Green Space and Exterior Uplift

  • Bringing back our grill(s) and creating a picnic, grilling area;

  • Gathering outdoor equipment for community usage;

  • Adding planters, hammocks, and other elements to frame the outdoor space;

  • Encouraging maintenance and playground equipment, plus completion of the exterior repairs to the club house walkway and access;

  • Creating an outdoor conversation and relaxation area.
